CURRICULUM:

Curriculum is available for review; is developmentally and age appropriate.

 

LUNCHES, SNACKS & BIRTHDAYS:

Lunches for extended care children are to be provided by the parent or guardian.

Nutritious snacks will be provided by UVNS, including juice or water.

Birthdays are celebrated; we welcome you to bring in an approved snack.

Our school strives to be peanut free. We encourage parents not to bring lunches that contain peanuts or peanut products.

 

ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS:

Children must be 2-1/2 – 5 years old

Children must have current Emergency and Release Form

Children must have current Universal Health Form and Immunization Record completed by a licensed physician

Visit by parent or guardian, arranged by appointment

Completed Application with non-refundable Registration Fee of $55 plus September and June tuition payment

 

TRANSPORTATION:

Parents or guardians are responsible for transportation to and from school, or for making arrangements for car-pooling. Children must be walked into the building by the parent or guardian to the classroom every day. A note must be sent in to the Teacher each time someone other than the parent or guardian will be picking up any child.

 

HEALTH:

Illness – We cannot provide sick child care. Parents or guardians will be called if a child is thought to be ill.

 

Allergies – Parents must alert us in writing of any allergies any child has. A current and complete medication form signed by your physician will be required. All classrooms are peanut free
